Late 17th-18th Century, THE SILVER AMSTERDAM, 1720-30
The pear-shaped body decorated on both sides with a roundel enclosing the letter 'Z' (soya), among flowering branches, silver-mounted flat cover with shell-shaped thumb-piece, 12.3 cm. high; an Arita blue and white tripod bowl and cover, decorated in the 'kraak' style, decorated with alternate panels of a young boy and stylised flowers, with washed-blue tripod dragon-mask feet and dragon handles, 14.5 cm. diam.; and a Chinese blue and white oval spice-box and cover, supported on three shallow feet, 11.5 cm. wide, chips (3)
