Of inverted pear form, on circular base, the body chased with flowers and two rococo cartouches, one engraved with a monogram, with fluted scroll spout, the leaf-clad handle with mask upper join and ivory insulators, with bud finial, marked under base, apparently lacking maker's mark, with assay master's mark of Hugh Gordon
10½ in. (26.6 cm.) long; 23 oz. (726 gr.) gross weight
