The shaded ice-blue field with bold palmettes issuing scrolling flowering vine around a central indigo cusped medallion of similar scrolling vine enclosing a rosette centrepiece, a palmette pendant above and below, the shaded burgundy-red spandrels similar, in an ivory border of linked palmettes forming cartouche panels between multiple floral meander stripes
