The shaded sky-blue field with an openly spaced overall design of scrolling feathery leaves and bold flowerheads, in a broad shaded dusty rust-red turtle-palmette and leafy vine border between ivory and ice-blue floral meander stripes, a plain shaded sky-blue outer stripe, faded border at one end, localised areas of wear, scattered spots of moth damage mainly in the outer stripe
