of three bays and three stories, painted simulated stone with slate roof, three chimney stacks, two dormer windows, central front door with knocker, side and back windows, the front sliding to reveal six rooms with hall and staircase, fireplaces on the central walls, the kitchen firelace on the back wall, interior fixed doors and original papers, skirting boards and red blinds, with remains of original furniture --51in. (130cm.) high, 44in. (112cm.) wide and 22in. (56cm.) deep (damages)
Provenance
This house was bought for the present owner by her father when she was a child, while they were living in Fintona County Tyrone. Alas it has been in storage in Belfast for many years when much of the furniture disappeared.
