of three bays and two stories, painted deep red with stonework quoining, window heads and sills, painted glazing bars and fanlight, slate roof and garden with turned wood posts and pierced steel fence with latch, opening to reveal four rooms with hall and landing, the staircase with metal banister and ballasters, kitchen range and interior doors, with carrying handles on later drawered base, mid 19th century --38½in. (98cm.) high, 43½in. (111cm.) wide and 25in. (64cm.) deep (not including stand) (repapered, extra pair of carrying handles added and some minor damages)
