With brass lever movement, 13 jewels, going barrel, two revolving white enamel chapter rings with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes, time indicated by a coiled serpent with arrowhead tongue, the case in the form of a white porcelain urn with foliate latticework enhanced with pink roses, gilt acanthus leaf handles, removable domed lid with gilt flame-like finial, the stepped white marble base on raised bun feet, movement signed and numbered
