With gilt-finished lever movement, 21 jewels, tourbillon regulator, the gilt engine-turned dial with Roman numerals on eccentric silvered chapter ring, blued steel Breguet hands, aperture for the tourbillon carriage, in circular case with milled band, the snap on glazed back displaying the finely engraved movement plate inscribed Tourbillon Breguet No. 178 and reverse of tourbillon carriage, together with an 18k gold Breguet buckle, case, dial and movement signed
