Note de dégustation: Couleur jaune paille avec un bullage encore bien présent, qui ne persiste néanmoins pas très longtemps. Nez puissant traduisant la complexité des grands chardonnays à pleine maturité. Parfums de pains grillés, de pain d'épices, de paille qui évoluent vers des notes de fruits confits. Bouche encore très fraîche associant des arômes de café et de pain grillé. Note toastée en fin de bouche avec une longueur exceptionnelle où chacun y découvrira une palette aromatique presque sans limite
Tasting note: A straw yellow colour with a steady stream of bubbles which fade fairly quickly. An incredibly powerful nose which expresses the complex qualities of mature Chardonnay. Aromas of toast, spiced bread and straw, which then lead in to notes of confited fruits. Still fresh on the palate with tastes of coffee and toast. An exceptionally long toasty, almost limitless finish
