by HENRY CROUCH LONDON 2968, with rack and pinion eyepiece adjustment, rack and pinion focusing, micrometer fine adjustment, prism drawer, rotating circular stage and plano-concave mirror, on a raised U-shaped foot, with five eyepieces, double nosepiece attachment, Crouch 2in., 1in. and 1.4in. objectives in canisters, objective adapter, polariser, table bull's-eye condensor, stage-mounted reflector, substage aperture disc and parabolic condensor, in a fitted mahogany case with key (some cracking to case) -- 39.7cm. (19 5/8in.) high
