the 35-inch long body-tube with a steel plaque stamped THE NEW IMPROVED LOOK OUT TELESCOPE J.H. STEWARD 406-457 Strand, 7. Gracechurch St. LONDON and the Royal Crest, with rack and pinion focusing and one manual draw-tube further engraved with maker's name and address (eyepiece dust-cover missing) the barrel with two screws, wing nuts and mounting bar, in a mahogany carrying case with a label in the lid for GOLD MEDAL AWARDED, 1884.
