A classic golden/lemon yellow. The nose has a huge array of ripe, singed citrus aroma's; condensed marmalade, fresh apricots & and a hint of overripe lemon. Incredibly rich & dense in flavour; layers of concentrated honeyed lemon & marmalade with searing acidity that should give this wine a long life. A long lingering finish that encouraged me to fill my glass again. ***(**) Mar 2002 DW
