Levels: six very top, four top and two upper shoulder
Nice ruby color, tawny rim. Nice fruit ripeness on the nose; hints of cherry. Sweet almost creamy strawberry fruit on the palate. Full, mature, dry; very slightly lean, but lots of character. A real surprise & went really well with lamb shank. Mar 02 DW
