naturalistically modelled standing foresquare on an oval base moulded with flowers, moulded to simulate fur reserved with a banner inscribed J & E ATKINSON'S GENUINE BEARS GREASE, the base inscribed 24 OLD BOND STREET. -- 16in. (40.7cm.) wide, 19th century (broken and restored to rear section, crack to one fore paw, some other chips and overpainting)
