Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present movement and silvered dial with raised Arabic figures in 1926 and its subsequent sale without a case on 25 August 1927.

It can be assumed that the movement originally made for this case has been replaced with the present one to a later date.
