The brèche d'Alep marble top above a conforming case set with three frieze drawers decorated with scrolling foliage, the central drawer with cupid's bow, above a panelled door mounted with a central oval reserve depicting courting doves in relief, surrounded by putti, fruiting swags and scrolling foliage, flanked on each side by a further panel, each applied with an Apollo mask and lyre supported on a pedestal with piping satyrs, opening to two mahogany fronted drawers, the front angles with trophies and trailing foliage, the sides with plain panels, on short cabriole legs with paw-cast sabots
