With richly-gilt swan handle, painted with a flower-spray within a gilt scrolling cartouche of diaper-pattern and pebble ground, the reverse painted with a further flower-spray, on a matt-blue ground, on three richly-gilt feet, the saucer painted with a similar continuous cartouche within a double-seeded border, the centre titled Dr. H./Aus Hochachtung/1848 reserved on a richly-gilt ground (slight rubbing to gilding) (2)
