A Doulton Lambeth stoneware ewer
by Hannah Barlow, of ovoid form with flaring conical neck and applied handle, incised with a broad band of feeding cockerels, being watched by a cat, between bands of applied beadwork borders, the neck with stylised acanthus foliage band, in shades of blue, green and brown on a buff ground impressed factory marks -- 23cm. high
