A WELL-PRESENTED MODEL OF THE IMPERIAL RUSSIAN TORPEDO CRUISER NOVIC (1900)
with signal mast, rigging, anchors, deck rails, ventilators, main and secondary armament, open bridge with helm and binnacle, three stayed yellow funnels, assorted ship's boats and pinnaces in davits and other details. The carved hull with scored wooden deck, four shafts with brass propeller and rudder, is finished in red, white and varnish and mounted on white stand on display base with engraved brass details and wood-bound glazed cover -- 9½ x 22in. (24 x 56cm.)
