A 19TH-CENTURY SAILOR'S MODEL OF THE TWO-MASTED TOPSAIL SCHOONER ELIZA MAY
with masts, rigging, figurehead, simple deck fittings, three ship's boats, two swung out on davits. The hull, carved from the solid, is finished in varnish and mounted on two brass columns on raised display base within wood-bound glazed case. Overall measurements -- 20 x 22¼in. (51 x 56.5cm.)
