A PAIR OF RARE FAMILLE ROSE PINK-GROUND 'LONGEVITY' BOWLS
UNDERGLAZE BLUE QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARKS AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-95)
Circular, and supported on conforming foot-rims, each enamelled on the exterior with four equidistant blossoming hibiscus linked by an 'endless knot' to pairs of pinks below, separated by four circular medallions, each containing a single character and forming the phrase wan shou wu jiang, 'boundless abundance of longevity', all between narrow dotted ruyi lappet bands reserved in yellow, the lappets repeated in the interior around the upper rim and above a stylised floral medallion at the centre
