linocut in blue, 1938, on red wove paper, signed and dated in pencil, annotated 'épreuve d'artiste' and numbered IV/X (Cramer calls for an unnumbered book edition), with margins, a small spot of surface soiling or ink at center, binding holes and associated creasing in six places along the left margin, soft creasing and slight thinning at the margin edges, old glue remains along the reverse of the extreme left margin edge, otherwise in good condition
