A 19th century gold-mounted portrait miniature demi-parure
comprising: a pendent necklace of two painted miniature oval plaques each depicting a young lady in 18th century dress, within a border of seed pearls and blue enamel, the larger panel suspending the smaller with seed pearl chain-link connections and central pierced fancy link, the reverse panels with pierced and engraved vase of flowers motif, with neckchain; and a pair of matching earpendants, each with two similar portrait miniature plaques, circa 1870, in later fitted case.
