AN ENGLISH SILVER-HILTED SMALL-SWORD
London (?) silver hall-marks, circa 1750
With flat colichemarde blade of flattened-hexagonal section, lightly etched at the forte with trophies, the hilt of standard form (shells damaged, single rear quillon broken), and with wooden grip bound with plaited silver wire, and struck with knuckle-guard with illegible silver marks
