LATE 18TH CENTURY
With rectangular central plate surmounted by a smaller rectangular plate, surrounded by narrow border plates, in a fluted frame surmounted by a later palmette wreathed with husks, issuing foliage and further surmounted by a husk-draped urn issuing a palmette, with paper label to the reverse inscribed in ink 'Glass/Curtis plus Simson/69', probably originally fitted onto panelling
