A grisaille and gilt mythological plate, circa 1750
decorated with a driad and satyr seated upon rockwork beneath two trees, within borders of spearhead design and sprays of peonies and lillies -- 9in. (22.8cms) diam.

Provenance: Purchased Sotheby's London, 29 May 1990, lot 75 (pair).
