Half title, photographic portrait frontispiece and 10 plates, illustrations, some full-page, folding lithographed map at end printed in colours. (Some very faint mainly marginal spotting and browning.) Original burgundy cloth gilt (some very light rubbing and dust-soiling). Provenance: "Jaquemot" (early signature on title).
