FIRST EDITION of the Opera omnia edited by Caspar Bauhin, and containing the most complete edition of the Commentarii as Mattioli's medical tracts. The woodcuts are copies from the Camerarius translation, and over 300 new woodcuts which were commissioned by Bauhin. Adams M-906; Nissen BBI 1309.
