A Berlin (out-side decorated) lapis-blue ground plate
CIRCA 1800, BLE SCEPTRE MARK AND BLUE SLASHED S MARK
Painted to the centre with a gentleman wearing a top hat, long pruple jacket, cream breeches and black riding boots, leading his black horse across a field, within a lakeside landscape, the well decorated with two-tone gilt palmettes, the lapis border enriched with speckled gilt, within a tooled rim of overlapping ovals and circles (restored, some very slight rubbing to gilding)
