One side of the lid with a bird, a fillet in its beak; the other side with a head of Dionysos, wearing a fillet of ivy in his wavy hair, a thyrsos before him; a tendril between them on one side, a palmette on the other; adorsed palmettes on the knob handle, wave on the rim, the bowl with vertical lines on the rim, details in added white
