ATTRIBUTED TO THE DECHTER PAINTER, CIRCA 350 B.C.
The obverse with Apollo seated on an altar, depicted nude, holding a laurel branch against his left shoulder and a phiale in his outstretched right hand, Artemis standing to the left with a spear and a bow, wearing a short belted peplos, a nude Pan-satyr standing to the right with a filleted thyrsos resting against his shoulder, his horns in added yellow; the reverse with three draped youths, two with staffs and one wearing a wreath; a band of meander and saltire squares below the scenes, a band of laurel below the rim, details in added white and yellow
