A variant on the so-called "Apollo Mantua," depicted standing in contrapposto with his weight originally in his left leg, the right relaxed, his shoulders slightly twisted with the right side forward, his long flowing wavy hair center parted and tied in a fillet, with individual locks falling onto his shoulders, a wisp before each ear, his head angled slightly downward, the lidded unarticulated eyes with the inner canthi drilled, the mouth with the supple lips slightly parted
