Vienna, Leipzig: Universal Edition, n.d., Blech's name and address stamp on title and elsewhere throughout text, his annotations to almost every page, including list of instrumental forces facing title, numerous highlightings of tempo ('immer ein wenig frei, drigd'), parts, dynamics and other memoranda for the conductor ('halten', 'alle Halbe wuchtige Accente'), 171 pages, 4°, boards. Provenance: Leo Blech; Herbert Sandberg (conductor, 1902-1966, inscriptions to title); Hans Schmidt-Isserstedt (conductor of NDR Symphony Orchestra, Hamburg, 1900-1973, inscribed to him on his 53rd birthday by Sandberg).
