Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1985 and its subsequent sale on 26 July 1985.

According to literature, only 244 examples of reference 3450 were made between 1981 and 1986. The first series featured a red leap year indicator on the dial; the second series, such as this watch, features Roman numerals.
