Shaped circular, everted border (repairs), reeded rim with four scrolling foliate ornaments, the back inscribed with text, marked on border

The inscription reads: Ter Gedagtenisse Van Mejuffrouw Sara Sem Laatst Weduwe Van De Heer Pieter Rijk In Sijn Leven Commandeur En Equipagiemeester In dienst Der E Compe= Gebr= Den Aug= A= 1665 En Over Ln= Den 6 February Ao= 1734 Oud 68 Jarn= 6 M= En 2 dagn=* also inscribed with an old Javanese script
