Baluster, on plain circular footrim, the lower body chased and embossed with a lower band of drapery, tassels and flowers against matted ground, a fluted mid band and an upper band of flowers, shaped spout, double scroll handle with shell thumbpiece, detachable high-domed conforming cover attached to the handle by chain, baluster finial, marked on base
