A Dutch silver brandybowl
Mark of Feye Gerlofs, Heerenveen, 1669, also struck with later Dutch duty mark
Octagonal, on octagonal foot decorated with putti, flowers and fleurs de lis, short reeded stem, one side engraved with double coat-of-arms inscribed with initials I K and I P, two sides with pending fruit and foliage and the other five sides with: Faith, Hope, Charity, Fortitude and Justice, two applied openwork cast handles with vacant medaillion, marked on base
