The owner of this bear was very well travelled as a child. Her father worked for Robinson's Flour Mills and the family lived in India, Egypt and France. This bear was constant companion of the owner and her brother and was very well-loved. Accompanied with the lot is a charming photograph of the owner, asleep with a similar bear sitting on the window sill, watching over her.
