A fine large Steiff teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads and hump, circa 1910 --27¾in. (70.5cm.) high (small bald patch on back); and his companion a miniature Steiff teddy bear with white mohair, black bead eyes, brown stitched nose and mouth, swivel head, jointed limbs, hump and FF button in ear, circa 1910 --3½in (8.5cm.) high (completely bald) (2)

Provenance
The large bear was previoulsy sold in these rooms as lot 208 on the 6th December 1993, and his miniature was once in the Volpp collection.
