THE REFORMER

A letter from the artist to Mr. Lloyd accompanies this lot, it reads: 'My dear Mr. Lloyd, I was glad to see the photo of my picture "The Reformer" which you sent me. Of coarse it is mine and I remember every inch of it and the man who posed for it and the lady who says her prayers, as the Paster reads the Bible. I found it awfully good and felt proud of it- you should call on my son Aston in New York 130 West 57th St. He has always a picture or two of mine and some fine of his own to show, and is an awfully nice fellow to know.
