Of baluster shape on a circular base, the body with simulated gem designs and black ground reserves with ciselé gilt borders and foliate scrolls, on a blue ground, with gilt base, neck and figure-head and foliate handle, the underside of the lip with ciselé husks and foliate scrolls, apparently unmarked
