A set of four silver-gilt and cloisonné enamel salts and spoons
mark of Maria Sokolova, Moscow, 1908-1917, with scratched inventory number 18803
The salts formed as kovshii of traditional form with oval bombé oval bodies, shaped prows and handles, decorated with vari-coloured cloisonné enamel floral scrolls on stippled ground, the handles with similar decoration with turquoise pellet border, the spoons with similar shaded enamel bowls, twisted stems and blue enamelled finials, marked on bases and stems, in original fitted wood case stamped in the cover with the Imperial warrant and in Russian 'K.Fabergé Moscow St. Petersburg.
