Each partly-fluted baluster form on shaped circular foot, chased with foliage and scrolls, the detachable scrolling foliate and beaded arms with urn-shaped sockets and foliate drip-pans, the detachable shaped circular nozzles cast with foliate borders, the central light with detachable nozzle and wrythen finial, the base engraved with a coat-of-arms, the nozzles with a crest, the bases filled, each marked on base, central bezel, nozzles, and finial
28in. (71cm.) high
The are are those of Paulet, presumably for John, 13th Marquess of Winchester (1801-1887) who succeeded his father of the latter's death in 1843. (2)
