Cylindrical on moulded foot and with moulded mid-rib, the bayonet-fitting cover pierced with scrolls, ovals and hearts, and with baluster finial, engraved with the Royal Arms and with conjoined initials 'WM' and 'R', later engraved below 'B.C.W', marked on side and cover
