Pear-shaped and on three scroll feet, the facetted lower body with moulded mid-rib, with turned part-wood side handle, the short spout with hinged flap, the hinged cover with scroll thumbpiece and swivelling part wood finial, engraved beneath the base with initials ISI, the body later engraved with monogram VM with coronet above, marked on base and cover
