Tasting note: Semillon 65 Sauvingon Blanc 35 Medium-pale, very bright, youthful lime tinge; initial scent of spearmint, then the more 'waxy' Semillon. Medium - a touch of sweetness, lovely pineapple flavour and finish. More bite than the '98. Good potential.(****) M.B. (Oct 2001)
