Two Japanese ivory okimono of figures seated on chairs, 19th Century
the first with a bearded man seated with a small child standing on his lap, the boy hold s a scroll and a brush whilst the father holds a small brushwasher, the second of a lady seated on a large chair with a basket of fruit on her lap, both with incised sealmarks and wood stands -- 6¼in. (15.8cm.) max. high. (2)
