Lot Essay

Guido Righetti (Milano 1875-1958), allievo di Pavel Troubetzkoy nel 1913 espose a Milano e in varie altre città, l'anno successivo a Vienna e nel 1915 venne premiato all'esposizione internazionale di San Francisco. Specializzato in soggetti animalistici, anche la Galleria d'Arte Moderna di Milano possedeva alcune sue opere che andarono disperse durante la seconda guerra mondiale, l'unica sopravvissuta è gazzella araba
