A George IV mahogany and brass-mounted striking table clock, circa 1830
The case with pineapple finial to gadrooned top, loop handles to the sides above fishscale sound frets, with brass-lined panels to the front and on ball feet, the silvered Roman convex dial signed M. Bartley/BRISTOL, with blued steel spade hands, the eight day twin wire fusee movement with arched plates with engraved border to the back plate and securing brackets, anchor escapement and strike on bell, with pendulum holdfast (lacking screw) -- 20¼in. (51.5cm.) high
