With thistle and shield frets to the bell stand, later iron plates to sides and rear, narrow chapter ring with arrow half hour markers, the centre engraved with flowerheads and a mask, signed De La Haye Paris, with alarm-setting disc, hand now black painted, the weight-driven movement with replaced verge escapement and countwheel strike on bell, lacking alarm train -- 12¾in.
